LOCATION

Kinglin luxury apartments, at the heart of the action, but in calm and serene surroundings at the same time, are set right in the center of Athens, providing guests the perfect base to explore the city, which is a gem of the ancient and the modern world. The property is ideally situated a 5-minute walk away from the Acropolis Museum, the Parthenon, the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the picturesque neighborhood of Plaka and other historical landmarks. TIP: The neighborhood still keeps the character of an old Athenian district.

DESIGN

Classified as listed structure by the Ministry of Culture, the building where the apartments are housed, used to be the residence of a family of diplomats who belonged to the courtyard of the Royal family in the beginning of the 20th century. In 2020, it was totally reconstructed, maintaining only its preserved façade. The well-known Greek interior designer Vangelis Bonios of Studio Bonarchi curated the interior layout and decoration of the house, drawing inspiration from the Greek light and the white color of Greek marbles, creating a sense of lightness like floating in a dream. Elegant handmade furniture, unique marbles and plush linen add to the feeling of luxury that is both subtle and refined. Trendy and artistic, elegantly appointed and stylishly designed, all one-bedroom apartments ensure and facilitate a high-end living experience where luxury is found in every detail. All the apartments feature state-of-the-art amenities, fittings, floorings, fixtures, and conveniences to guarantee premium relaxation and supreme comfort for a truly unforgettable stay.

The property features four unique, stylish, and aesthetically pleasing one-bedroom apartments and a lavishly spacious penthouse, all individually designed to offer premium comfort, security, and privacy. Serving as a home away from home, every apartment-suite is spacious, individually styled to be as unique as their guests offering all comforts and conveniences of the modern era. Most of the apartments open out to their own balcony or terrace, welcoming guests to relax in the open air and enjoy privacy and comfort.
TYPES: 4 suites (Apartment K, N, G, L) & the Penthouse. Apartments K & N stand out for the fully furnished back yard, while apartment G features a small private balcony where guests can relax.OUR FAVOURITE ROOM
All suites are different and special, but our favourite one is the Penthouse (63 m2). A symphony of gracious living spaces, lavish amenities and artistic details has been orchestrated to ensure an accommodation experience unlike any other. The penthouse welcomes guests to feel at home with all the modern comforts and amenities. The apartment features a gracious bedroom with a queen size bed, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a separate fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. A fully furnished, private terrace for hours of complete relaxation and repose is its strong point.

BREAKFAST
Every morning, guests are greeted with an energy box with freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious homemade Greek pie!
