Our vision for Butterfly Hotel management is to become one of the leading companies in Greece. Greece is a unique country offering unique hospitality offer in Europe which is, up to us, completely under estimated so far. Our vision is to level up hotel management services to offer a unique proposal on the market. Butterfly is positioned on the boutique hotel segment between 40 to 60 rooms per premises. This segment is under-capitalized, under-equipped and not technology-friendly, most of the time managed by family owned hotels who have been suffering from the crisis.

More and more, European visitors in vacations are avoiding the leading brands with a mass market approach. Boutique hotel proposals have improved by a renewal of ownerships, ending in more comfortable and stylish premises. The renewal into the boutique hotels proposition is only at its first steps and there is still a lot of room for improvement.
Are there are any specific secrets of success so that boutique hotels can strengthen their dynamics?
This is our secret we prefer to keep it for us. But it is not one single secret …. It is a combination of many points to be improved and leveled up.

Profitability enhancement depends on how you will give your team the tools to cope with it. We also do believe that if we succeed to satisfy our guest satisfaction at its highest, then profitability will follow. We are looking to have happy employees, to have happy guests. All the tools that we have built are giving our team the means to improve and level up our guests’ satisfaction.
