DESIGN
The architect Fotis Kaliotzis faced the challenge of transforming an 80’s multi-storey craft building into an eccentric and intense pioneering space of modern hospitality. The initially strict, rectangular façade of the building acquires ‘Doric’ plasticity and intense dynamism by the addition of metal balconies with glass coatings. The interior is decorated with elements resembling the neighborhood. A large mural inspired by nature continues the beautiful garden and carries it inside. Each room has its own special identity and character. Open-air design, bright spaces, minimalistic, warm and atmospheric, yet functional in their approach. DISCOVER: Ivis 4 is also home to unique pieces of art by artist SimpleG, famous for his large-scale murals around the globe, which can be enjoyed both in multiple spaces of the hotel and some rooms.

OUR FAVOURITE ROOM
The Acropolis Terrace. This amazing suite is exclusively situated on the 5th and last floor of the hotel. It boasts a very large private balcony that offers an unparalleled, unobstructed view of the Acropolis, the Lycabettus Hill and the colorful Ivis Street. A large art piece by SimpleG runs through one of the main walls and gives the room a crazy perspective. Even if it is the smallest room (18 m²), the view from the balcony is rewarding all day long! For more comfort, choose one of the Street Art with a Twist rooms.
