LOCATION

Tucked away in a quiet cobblestone alley in Psirri, the most colorful neighborhood of the capital, L’Avventura Athens is situated at the crossroads of historical and contemporary Athens with a dynamic that is at once bustling with street life and redolent of a rich, poignant past. A ‘little village’ inside the big city where different people, cultures, local business inhabitants and craftsmen create a unique colorful terazzo. Most of Athens’ historical landmarks are a stone’s-throw away, as are some of the greatest restaurants and hippest cafes and bars. DESIGN

Pastel tones, natural materials, metal furnitures and urban terraces... A2 Architects have transformed a conventional building into a pleasant hospitality place. All rooms have brand-new wooden floors and modern furnishing that combines quality materials with minimal design. An impressive custom terrazzo floor decorates the open plan bathrooms that are adorned with unique details, like handmade sinks and tailored-made hanging metal mirrors giving the room a distinct character. Simple details and vibrant colors have created a serene and functional space to retreat from your adventure.

OUR FAVOURITE ROOM
The Acropolis Suite (36 m2) on the top floor. It features two terraces and a huge window offering outstanding 360-degree city view. ΤIP: Apart from the Acropolis Suite, the Veranda options (Double, Cozy, Grande) are ideal for those definitely seeking a balcony.

A the brand new Veranda cafe, at the terrace, you can enjoy a la carte options for breakfast and brunch (8:00-14:00).

• Two metro stations (Monastiraki & Thissio) are within walking distance.
• The reception is on the third floor providing guests staying on other floors extra privacy.
• On the ground floor is Polis Hammam, where guests can book an authentic hammam.
• Right on the nearby alley you will find one of the most popular fish taverns in Athens.
• The comfortable beds, combined with the ergonomically designed pillows have received excellent reviews by guests.
• There are many plugs and USB ports available.
• Parking upon request in collaboration with an external open-air parking within close distance.
