A luxurious athenian house is calling out!

Have you ever wished to stay in a hotel where it would feel like entering a typical old Athenian house? Because this is the feeling that Astikon House exudes. Accomodated in a neoclassical building with comfortable and high-ceilinged rooms, it looks like it has stepped out of the frame of a film dated to the interwar period. But it is not only the building that predisposes to feel in such a way. It is also the emphasis on detail that has been given to everything that adorns this space.

LOCATION

Favourishly located on 23 Voulis street, inside the Commercial Triangle of the capital, providing direct and short access to Ermou pedestrian street. This brand new boutique hotel opened to the public on May, 13, this year. It lies there, surrounded by some of Athens' most iconic landmarks. Check them out: the famous Acropolis and the Museum, Syntagma Square, the Parliament, the National Garden, the popular Plaka neighbourhood, Monastiraki Square, the imposing Pillars of Olympian Zeus and the Odeum of Herodes Atticus. Furthermore, it allows easy access to the metro station of Syntagma square.

DESIGN

Astikon House welcomes travelers from all over the world, especially the cosmopolitan ones. Inside a surrounding of relaxation deriving not only from the earthy colour pallete, and the deluxe mattresses, pillows, and bed linen, but also from its luxurious senape interior in total. Here, neoclassical elements blend in with colonial aesthetics in order to create a unique contemporary accomodation. In addition, all the furniture are custom made and of the finest wood quality available.

ROOMS

Astikon House, sister property of the well-known Marblous Athens (situated just across the street), offers 13 rooms. Whereas only some of them own a balcony, they all acquire a queen size bed alongside a designated baby cot area. With premium mattresses and bedding, the hotel reassures that you will feel relaxed and comfort during your stay.

OUR FAVOURITE ROOM
With a particularly attractive queen size bed, the suite can accommodate 2 persons. Although, it is spacious enough for a baby cot also -upon request. It has a functional desktop along with a secure pin-lock safe. From its balcony you can take a glimpse of the city. Moreover, you can enjoy the contemporary décor mixed up with tradition and a nostalgic mood, inside the spaciousness of its 28 sq.meters. Standing out by the luxury that its decoration exudes, the Suite is furthermore characterized by the coziness that provides to the visitor. How is that? By the fine choice of premium quality mattresses and bedding.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is continental, served at a buffet or you can opt for certain à la carte suggestions (such as vegan or vegetarian), on the third floor. There you can choose if you prefer indoors dining or the outdoors refreshing ambiance. In case you prefer outdoors, you are going to be amazed by the limited, yet very neat rooftop. But breakfast can also be delivered into your room.
