The revitalized grand hall welcomes guests with a blend of natural materials like white marble and wood, preserving the restaurant’s authenticity while adding depth to its ambiance. A color palette of fresh neutrals, complemented by hints of pink, green, and gold, pays homage to Athens’ historical iconography, enriched by modern Greek design influences inspired by the attire of the Evzones.

Goddard Littlefair, the award-winning London-based interior design firm, spearheaded the renovation, completing the transformation in just four months. Their approach honored the architectural heritage of the building while infusing new life into every detail of the space. The result is a warm and inviting interior, adorned with elegant furnishings and sophisticated lighting that enhances its timeless appeal.
