The journey to creating NOT began when Giannis, Emily, and Leonidas, founders of the renowned Gazarte music scene, discovered this hidden gem. Gazarte, known for hosting international and domestic artists in the Kerameikos district, lies just a few meters from NOT. The family’s vision to revive this long-abandoned structure sparked immediate excitement.
