There you will find its restaurant called The Pause, and the least: one more surprise! The restaurant, decorated along the special art deco aesthetic of the entire hotel. Besides, The Pinnacle Athens is an on-going design project so there is no way for its guests to be bored.
However, let’s get back to the restaurant, where until recently only breakfast was served. Although, for a while now, there one can enjoy a variety of foods and drinks. In principle, the new dishes for 2024, just introduced. Here are a few: Smoked Salmon Bruschetta, Protein Boost Quinoa Salad, Vegan Barley with Vegetables, Oven Pork with Cranberry sauce, Stuffed Zucchini, Eggs & Avocado Waffles.
Moreover, in case it is rather early for lunch or even if you just prefer it, you can try the all day brunch. If, furthermore, you are a tea lover, a new habit of The Pause is the evening tea time. During that, you can taste champagne with selected tea varieties, accompanied by sweet and savory flavors, served to satisfy your palate.
Only, The Pause is not yet another restaurant. It is exactly what its name describes: the place for a break. Hence, there, you can enjoy your cup of coffee, doing what pleases you the most: web surfing (with free internet access), reading a book from the library, playing board games or just relaxing and gazing at the city from above, to spot your next itinerary! It is the ultimate place to be, if you are one of those who love the sophisticated hidden gems.
In any case, as we already mentioned, at The Pause there is a surprise waiting for you! That is one extra staircase to climb, in order to find yourself at the hotel’s Rooftop Garden, on the 9th floor! Of course, they’re the view towards the sacred Rock of the Acropolis, but also Plaka, Athens National Observatory and Lycabettus Hill is even better, as well as uninterrupted.
In addition, as of lately, a container bar is placed there to serve The Pinnacle Athens Signature Cocktails, which will surprise you and make your visit fascinating and unforgettable. So keep them in mind: Pink Blanchini (with mastic liqueur & strawberry), Rakivory Bold (with Greek raki & passion fruit), Mystic Ouzo Royale (with ouzo & apple liqueur).
