The outstanding character of The Artist blends with the philosophy of this talented chef, resulting in a menu based on the traditional Greek cuisine with modern touches, using seasonal ingredients based on sustainability.
Fresh, seasonal and local materials from small producers are the basis of the delicious dishes, served under the mesmerizing Athenian sky.
In addition, the Bar Manager Achilleas Tsiringakishas combined techniques, spices, seasonal fruits and herbs giving classic drinks a unique character.
